The Memphis Distribution Center has achieved a remarkable safety record, recently passing 635 consecutive days without a lost time or recordable injury.

The GreatNeckTools facility in Johnson City has over 1100 consecutive days without a lost time or recordable injury, and the newly implemented Near-Miss Safety Awareness Program has identified its first winner. Cindy Breeze received recognition after identifying steel bolts protruding from the floor on production line 10. Her suggested resolution—cutting the bolts level with the floor—has already been implemented.

Industry statistics indicate that manufacturing and distribution centers that implement comprehensive safety programs typically experience significant reductions in workplace injuries, resulting in fewer lost workdays and improved operational efficiency.
